Meet Zarana Mithani
I am a COSCA qualified (Scotland’s professional body for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Counselling Psychologist. I hold an MSc in Counselling and Therapy from the University of Edinburgh and an MA in Clinical Psychology from Maharaja Sayajirao University.

With over 10 years of experience, I have supported more than 1,200 clients through therapy. I remain committed to offering accessible and affordable mental health support to those who need it, fostering healing and growth through compassionate, evidence-informed care.

Services
ONLINE THERAPY SESSIONS

1) I offer all therapy sessions online, either via call, video or chat. Call and video sessions happen through Google Meet.

2) The duration is 60 minutes for an individual therapy session.
3) The amount of sessions required can be determined only after the 1st session is done. That can be mutually decided between the client & therapist after the 1st session.
